Hello - as soon as I have connected Barryvox2 to the iphone app, I was notified that BARRYVOX 2 IS SUBJECT TO A RECALL and needs to be sent back to Mammut. This was announced on november 2024 - why did you send me a device that cannot be used ? Then I wrote to Mammut for this and I did not receive any anaswer back. In the end, I cannot use my device !!! Can you help me ? Merci, Marcello
