CIRCULAR PRODUCTS
A product should only exist to meet the needs of a practitioner. To move towards circularity and make a product more sustainable and virtuous right up to the end of its use, it is essential that this product is monitored throughout its life cycle.

RENEWABLE RESOURCES
Our aim is to promote and generalize the use of renewable materials in our products, in order to minimize our impact on the environment, and particularly on the climate.
First of all, we are reducing our electricity and water consumption in our buildings as much as possible, and from 2022 we will be switching to 100% renewable electricity. We also want to support this kind of transition within our own factories and with our production partners.
But the vast majority of our environmental impact comes from the manufacture of our products. We are therefore making every effort to use as many renewable or low-impact materials as possible, with the aim of achieving 100% eco-designed products by 2030.
For the spring-summer 2022 season, 28% of our products are made from eco-responsible materials, of which around 90% are recycled.
We have also chosen to make a strong impact by renewing our entire range of UBIC backpacks in 100% recycled material.
PRODUCTION CHAIN
We strive to maximize our positive impact at every stage, from the production of the materials that go to make up our products to transport and packaging, while reducing our negative impact on the environment.

EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT
We involve all our employees through thematic working groups, coordinated by the CSR Manager, and a CSR Steering Committee, in direct contact with Management to best organize the steering of our societal commitment strategy. Within this framework, we have a Greenside Collective working group whose role is to act on the impact of our activities on the company's sites and on the well-being of our employees.
WELL-BEING
Since 2020, we have implemented a telecommuting policy that enables employees who so wish to work from home. In this way, we avoid daily commutes that have an impact on the climate. We also organize external workshops several times a year to discover inspiring conferences, meet brand ambassadors, exchange views on CSR-related topics or screen films with an environmental or social focus.
MOBILITY PLAN
Knowing that fine particle pollution, partly linked to transport, is one of the main local issues in the Alpine arc, we have set up an internal travel plan to reduce the impact of home/work journeys: Organized car pooling

Being completely dependent on the health
of the climate, we have initiated a strategy to reduce our impact, starting with establishing a carbon footprint in 2019.
This assessment marks the first step in a strategy to reduce our carbon impact between 2020 and 2030, to reach incompressible emissions (which we cannot eWe will then be able to offset these emissions by financing CO2 capture projects, through regenerative agriculture, the management of forests in climate crisis or the development of renewable energy projects.

1% for climbing routes is 1% of our climbing sales donated to associations that re-equip climbing sites and raise awareness of the need to protect cliffs and their environment.
