The 2025-2026 ski season marks a technological and stylistic turning point, with reinforced skis (titanium, carbon, Trueblend cores) aimed at performance and stability. Leading brands such as Faction, Blizzard, Völkl and Dynastar revisit their flagship ranges with new, more accessible, versatile or freeride-oriented models, while incorporating more durable materials. The designs are assertive, with bold, colorful visuals, marking a clear desire to reconcile innovation, style and environmental responsibility.

faction

FACTION 2025-2026: INNOVATION, ECO-RESPONSIBILITY AND FREESKIING FUN

An emblematic brand of modern freeskiing, Faction confirms for winter 2025-2026 its status as a benchmark for all types of terrain. Originating in Switzerland, the brand continues to pursue its ambition of offering high-performance, affordable skis that are sustainably designed. With a completely redesigned and expanded range, Faction is aimed at both backcountry and piste enthusiasts, incorporating technical innovations and a strong environmental commitment.

Growing eco-responsible production

Faction is reinforcing its eco-responsible approach by producing almost all its models in factories powered 100% by renewable energies. This strong positioning testifies to a desire to combine performance and sustainability, without compromising on quality or gliding sensations. What's more, several models use recycled or bio-sourced materials, demonstrating a real coherence between environmental values and product innovation.

Dancer 79: the precision of carving, the spirit of freeskiing

One of this season's flagship new models, the Dancer 79, embodies a new approach to all-mountain skiing. With a slimmer runner than its predecessors, this ski is geared more towards carving, while retaining the dynamism and fluidity characteristic of the Dancer range.
With its shorter curve radius and lively edge-to-edge transition, the Dancer 79 is designed for skiers seeking precision on piste without sacrificing versatility. It combines a classic 4 mm camber, two thin layers of Titanal for high-speed stability, and a lightweight poplar core. The rocker in the tip and tail ensures great playability and fluid behavior in transformed snow. It's a ski that's technical, playful and accessible, ideal for demanding all-mountain skiers.
STUDIO: return of a high-end freestyle range

Another highlight of the 2025-2026 season is the return of the STUDIO range, designed in close collaboration with Faction team athletes. Designed for freestyle in all its forms, from park to backcountry, the STUDIO line is synonymous with solidity, agility and performance in the air and on the snow.

Each model is equipped with specific reinforcements, including a carbon and rubber Stomp Pad under the foot, guaranteeing maximum stability on landings. This generation of freestyle skis retains exemplary maneuverability, while also being able to handle committed landings. Like the rest of the range, STUDIO skis incorporate eco-designed materials, confirming the brand's global commitment.

BLIZZARD 2025-2026: STRATEGIC SHIFT WITH THE NEW STORMBIRD RANGE

For winter 2025-2026, Blizzard is making a major shift in its alpine ski offering with the launch of the new Stormbird range. This shift is designed to appeal to a wider audience while retaining the brand's performance DNA. Positioned in the all-mountain piste segment, Stormbird skis offer a more accessible, fun alternative to the highly technical Firebird models. A great answer for skiers looking for a high-performance ski that's also forgiving and playful.

Stormbird: more accessible, more playful skis

The new Stormbird series is characterized by a resolutely more playful and versatile spirit, without sacrificing performance. Blizzard offers a range designed for the discerning public, with a construction that makes it easier to enter and exit curves. Thanks to exclusive Trueblend Woodcore technology, every zone of the wood core is optimized: reinforced density underfoot for stability, a control zone around the binding, and lightened tips for greater agility in turns.

This range is available in several models, depending on needs and technical level. Two skis, the Stormbird 72 CA and 76 CA, are built with a classic wood core, ideal for intermediate to advanced skiers. For those looking for more reactivity and curve-holding, three Titanal-reinforced versions, Stormbird 72 Ti, 76 Ti and 80 Ti, allow you to carve the piste with more power, while retaining a feeling of freedom underfoot.

Zero G: more touring fun

On the ski touring side, Blizzard updates its famous Zero G, the benchmark for lightweight, technical skiing. For the new season, the Zero G 95 and Zero G 85 have evolved into the Zero G 96 and Zero G 88, with a reworked shape and new construction designed to provide more playability and forgiveness on descents. Touring enthusiasts will appreciate this gain in maneuverability, without any loss in climbing efficiency.

Anomaly: a new design, not a new recipe

Last but not least, the Anomaly range, which caused a sensation when it was launched in 2024/2025, remains technically unchanged. And with good reason: these skis have been widely acclaimed for their perfect balance between grip, fluidity and gliding pleasure. The only new feature this year: a new, more sober design, to appeal to an even wider public without touching on what has made the range so successful. Very playful, the Anomaly expresses itself brilliantly on all types of snow, from groomed slopes to more variable snow conditions.

fischer

FISCHER 2025-2026: BETWEEN HERITAGE RACING AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

For winter 2025-2026, Fischer remains true to its performance DNA, while renewing its track and racing ranges with significant innovations. A brand renowned for its racing know-how, Fischer is modernizing its flagship models with the aim of making them more responsive, more stable and more accessible to the general public. This season also marks the arrival of a key new technology: Noize Control, taken directly from the World Cup.

RC4 Noize: Noize Control technology takes to the track

A major new feature for 2025-2026, Fischer unveils Noize Control technology on its RC4 Noize range, inspired by circuit racing. This technology is based on an intelligent carbon layer, positioned from the heel to the tip of the skis, which acts as a genuine shock and vibration absorber. The result? A much more stable and responsive ski, able to turn shorter than previous models, with enhanced comfort even at high speeds.

Developed over two years of research, this innovation has been tested and validated by top athletes such as Daniel Yule, AJ Ginnis, Kristoffer Jakobsen and Katharina Huber. After proving its effectiveness on the World Cup circuit, this technology is now offered on consumer models, to provide an ultra-precise, fluid and committed skiing experience for all piste enthusiasts.

More performance, more modern design

In parallel with this technological evolution, Fischer is modernizing the aesthetics of its models. Historically reserved for giant skis, the brand's iconic yellow color is now available on a large part of the catalog. It brings a more aggressive and dynamic look, in phase with the promised performance.

With its sleek lines and new finishes, Fischer's 2025-2026 range leaves no doubt as to its focus: gliding pleasure, precision and speed. An ideal combo for skiers looking for equipment that's both racy and easy to handle.

A renewed but enriched range

Fischer is not making a clean sweep of the past. The brand is renewing the emblematic ranges that have made its reputation, while incorporating significant structural evolutions, notably on the piste and performance skis. This approach ensures continuity for brand loyalists, while offering concrete improvements in stability, grip and gliding comfort.

k2

K2 2025-2026: RESPONSIBLE INNOVATION AND RANGE CLARIFICATION

The 2025-2026 season marks a strategic renewal for K2, with a clarification of its ranges and a return to the fundamentals that have made its reputation: creativity, innovation and accessibility. While retaining its pioneering spirit, the American brand is fine-tuning its offering to make its models easier to understand, without compromising performance. The new K2 skis are part of a dynamic that combines cutting-edge technology with a more sustainable approach, through a choice of new materials and a rethought design.

Blur XT: the new face of K2 innovation

The Blur XT is undoubtedly the star of this winter's new K2 line-up. This ski embodies the brand's futuristic, responsible vision. For the first time, fiberglass has been replaced by flax fiber braiding, applied directly to the surface of the core. This natural material, in addition to being more durable, offers improved cushioning and a significant reduction in vibration.

The result: a ski that's more fluid in turns, more agile, and more stable in transitions. The Blur XT perfectly illustrates the balance that K2 is striving to achieve this season: performance, comfort and sustainable innovation. This model is aimed at skiers looking for versatility and precise sensations, on piste and off.

Women's models: same technologies, lighter design

K2 has not forgotten women skiers in its technological overhaul. The women's model, the BLUR 74W ski of this new season, benefits from the same concentrated innovations, including linen braiding for optimal cushioning. On top of this, K2 introduces an Air Channel core on this model, a lightened structure that reduces the ski's weight by around 150 g, without compromising its stability.

This weight reduction improves maneuverability and makes the skis even more accessible and enjoyable to ski, while retaining the performance needed to move at a steady pace. Particular attention has been paid to the balance between suppleness and dynamism, offering women skiers real pleasure on all types of snow.

NORDICA 2025-2026: PERFORMANCE AND ADAPTABILITY AT THE HEART OF INNOVATION

For winter 2025-2026, Nordica reaffirms its positioning as a technical brand focused on performance, while emphasizing an essential dimension: adaptability. With skis capable of adapting to varied conditions without compromising on precision, the brand offers a new generation of products designed for demanding skiers. Among this season's major new products, the Dobermann Multipista DC embodies this philosophy to perfection.

Dobermann Multipista DC: the ultra-versatile piste ski

Already famous for its racing-inspired models, Nordica is breaking new ground this year with a ski designed to dominate the piste while maintaining performance in changing snow conditions: the Dobermann Multipista DC. This ski embodies a new approach to versatility, capable of adapting to different styles of skier without losing precision or bite.

One of the highlights of this model is its larger rocker, which facilitates turn entry, offering greater forgiveness and more fluidity. At the rear, the heel retains all its rigidity and control, guaranteeing precise curve exits, even at high speeds. The Multipista DC is a ski that reassures in technical moments, while offering fluid, committed gliding pleasure.

A modern response to the needs of today's skiers

The Dobermann Multipista DC stands out for its ability to perform on all types of snow, making it the perfect ski for resorts with variable conditions, or for skiers who like a change of pace and terrain. It is positioned as a more accessible alternative to the racing models, incorporating elements of the traditional Dobermann range, but with a design for greater flexibility and versatility.

This model is just as well suited to enthusiasts of aggressive carving on groomed snow, as it is to skiers looking for a reactive yet forgiving ski, capable of performing even when the snow becomes more capricious.

rossignol

ROSSIGNOL 2025-2026: PERFORMANCE FOR EVERY TERRAIN AND EVERY SKIER

For winter 2025-2026, Rossignol confirms its commitment to supporting all skiers, whatever their level or terrain. With a strategic renewal of its ranges and an intelligent application of its racing and freeride technologies, the French brand is hitting hard. Two lines stand out this season: the all-new Arcade range dedicated to all-mountain, and the arrival of the Sender Free 100 on the freeride side. The result: versatility, innovation and a commitment to eco-responsibility.

Arcade: the new "100% everywhere" all-mountain range

Rossignol's major project for the 2025-2026 season is the complete overhaul of its Arcade range, designed for all-mountain skiing, i.e. exploring all types of snow and terrain with a single ski. The range's slogan perfectly sums up this ambition: "100% everywhere".

Arcade skis take the best of both worlds, fusing technologies from racing models with those developed for freeride. The result is a series of skis that are accessible, ultra-polyvalent, stable and playful, for guaranteed sensations whatever the conditions.

  • Arcade 78 & 80: designed for beginner skiers, they offer easy handling, good stability and an excellent forgiveness-to-pleasure ratio.
  • Arcade 82 & 84: ideal for intermediate to advanced skiers, these models add a little extra pep underfoot.
  • Arcade 88: a top-of-the-range model with a full-length titanal plate, for powerful grip and great playability on piste and edges.
  • Arcade 94: with a softer construction, this ski is designed for skiers who like to ski in deeper snow, while keeping the ski light and forgiving.

An assertive eco-responsible dimension

Rossignol doesn't just innovate on the performance front. The brand also takes an active ecological approach to the manufacture of its skis. The Arcade 84, 88 and 94 models use bio-sourced resin, enabling the company to reduce its carbon emissions by 8%. As for the soles, the 78 and 80 models are made from 95% recycled materials, while the 84, 88 and 94 have a recycled content of 30%. A significant step forward for a brand of this stature.

Sender Free 100: the new ultra-maneuverable freeride

Another big news for 2025-2026 is the arrival of the Sender Free 100, a ski designed for freeride enthusiasts in search of maneuverability, flotation and stability. This model features Rossignol's famous Air Tip technology, which ensures soft contact with the snow and reduces the effect of inertia in the tip, making it easier to link up on technical terrain.

The Sender Free 100 is also equipped with a titanal insert underfoot, guaranteeing efficient power transmission and excellent grip, even on hard snow. Perfect for those who like to move from the resort to more challenging areas, this model offers an ideal compromise between lift, stability and responsiveness.

VÖLKL 2025-2026: CENTURY-OLD TRADITION AND INNOVATION FOR PERFORMANCE

With 100 years of ski manufacturing expertise, Völkl once again confirms its mastery of winter sports by expanding its ranges with ever more technical and versatile models. For winter 2025-2026, the German brand is strengthening its emblematic lines, in particular the Mantra freeride family, the Revolt series designed for backcountry, and the Peregrine piste skis. A season that celebrates German precision, while meeting the demands of modern skiers.

Mantra 84: a new lease of life for versatile freeriders

The all-new Mantra 84 joins the prestigious Mantra freeride family, renowned for its power and stability. Inspired by the successful Mantra M7 model, this revamped ski adopts a narrower runner that extends its range of action to more varied snow conditions, while retaining the performance DNA for which the range is renowned.

With this new model, Völkl responds to the growing demand for more versatile freeride skis, capable of performing on groomed snow as well as light off-piste. The Mantra 84 is the perfect link between piste and powder, offering maneuverability, grip and responsiveness in a single ski.

Revolt 101: the new FWT-inspired freeride weapon

Another big freeride news from Völkl: the Revolt 101. Developed on the basis of the high-performance Revolt 114, this slimmer model retains its rigid, responsive character, designed for committed skiers. It features a flat heel for maximum landing stability and steering support, even in the toughest conditions.

With its demanding construction, the Revolt 101 follows in the footsteps of the pro-models used on the Freeride World Tour, and will appeal to experienced skiers looking for a pure, powerful freeride ski ready to take on the most serious lines.

Peregrine 78: the new standard in piste performance

In the piste segment, Völkl expands the Peregrine family with the introduction of the Peregrine 78, direct successor to the Peregrine 79. This model represents top-of-the-range piste-performance, with a ski designed to link short turns at high speed, with surgical precision.

With a 78 mm runner, this new model offers excellent responsiveness, while maintaining good stability on hard snow. Designed for technical skiers looking for a sharp ski, the Peregrine 78 is a benchmark in carving, combining pleasure with high standards.

ZAG 2025-2026: A NEW ERA FOR THE UBAC RANGE

For winter 2025-2026, ZAG Ski, the Chamonix-based ski touring and freeride specialist, is making a major shift in the design of its flagship Ubac range. While the brand remains true to its DNA of accessibility and lightness, this year it is making major changes to the structure, behavior and design of its skis. The result: a new line that's more demanding, more powerful, but just as fun to ski.

New Ubac generation: controlled rigidity and enhanced versatility

Historically appreciated for its supple tip and tail, thenew generation Ubac 2025-2026 evolves towards a more rigorous riding philosophy, without losing the identity that has made it such a success.

The new shape introduces a square tip, a reinforced semi-cap and a heelpiece fully integrated into the ski structure, improving precision and longevity. The major new feature is the distribution of stiffness: the ski is now stiffer at the extremities for better grip and stability in hard snow, but retains flexibility underfoot to preserve maneuverability and forgiveness in variable snow conditions.

A titanium reinforcement under the binding also makes its appearance, ensuring better energy transmission while maintaining the initial weight, thanks to a cleverly optimized construction using the brand's historic materials.

A revisited line-up, more versatile than ever

The new technical evolutions come in four models of different widths, all built to the same improved recipe. In particular, the widest skis benefit from a significant gain in performance on hard snow, making them less exclusive to powder and more versatile for varied touring use.
This move upmarket positions the new Ubacs as true all-round touring skis, capable of shining downhill without compromising efficiency on the ascent.

Bold, street-art-inspired aesthetics

On the visual side, ZAG confirms its change of direction with a striking design. The Ubac range topsheets draw a graphic fresco inspired by street art, where the mountains become steeper and steeper as the widths increase. This strong aesthetic choice underlines both the technical evolution of the range and the free, creative spirit of the brand.

elan

ELAN 2025/26: TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE AND PLAYFUL SPIRIT AT THE SUMMIT

For winter 2025/26, Elan is reinforcing its image as an innovative, committed brand with two complementary ranges: Ripstick and Playmaker. Entirely manufactured in Begunje, in the Slovenian Alps, Elan skis embody 80 years of craftsmanship in the service of performance and skiing pleasure. This season, the brand highlights major technical evolutions and a rethought aesthetic approach to meet all expectations, from committed freeride to accessible freestyle.

Ripstick: the award-winning heritage of versatile freeride skiing

A true cornerstone of Elan's freeride offering, the Ripstick range has won numerous international awards this season, including the Red Dot Award and the Big See Product Design Award 2024 for the Ripstick 96. These distinctions underline the attention paid to both technical quality and design.

For 2025/26, the Ripstick Series evolves with a new geometry: the radius is advanced, the tip slightly refined and the heel widened. This configuration improves stability, riding comfort and maneuverability in deep snow. The construction is also lighter, with a 5% weight reduction, while special UD carbon reinforcements ensure uniform flex across all sizes.

Carbon Deck technology reinforces the chassis with unidirectional carbon strips, increasing the ski's response and rebound. In addition, flax fibers inserted in the tip reduce vibrations, for a smoother glide. Black Edition models go even further, incorporating a carbon frame with QuadRod and C-ply reinforcements to maximize power, grip and stability at high speeds.

The range comprises 11 models: six for men (Ripstick 108, 102, 96, 88 + Black Edition 102 and 96) and five for women (Ripstick 106W, 100W, 94W, 88W + Black Edition 94W). Each ski retains an all-mountain approach focused on versatility and fluidity, whether in resort or off-piste.

Playmaker: a modern, playful vision of freestyle-freeride skiing

Inspired by new freeskiing practices, the Playmaker series is aimed at skiers seeking style, maneuverability and freedom on all types of terrain. In 2025/26, the collection expands to six models, two of which are designed for young skiers. It also adopted new graphics and a revamped construction.

The adult models (Playmaker 111, 101, 91 and 87) are based on a lightweight 3D construction incorporating carbon rods for a perfect balance between responsiveness and flexibility. The dual-spatulated Dual Float rocker promotes floatation in both directions, for smooth gliding in both powder and park. This series is unisex and designed for all sensibilities.

Two new junior models make their appearance: the Playmaker 81T, with a new shape designed for teenagers curious about park and powder, and the Playmaker U-Flex, designed for the youngest to develop balance and confidence from the very first descents.
Combining precision, pop and accessibility, the Playmaker range turns the mountain into a playground, while maintaining a reliable, high-performance structure.

  • 650: top-of-the-range model for experts, with reinforced Titanal construction for greater power and precision on hard snow.

A connected experience thanks to ON-PISTE

In another major innovation, each model in the SPEED range incorporates a unique QR code directly on the ski.
