SUPER.NATURAL merino sheep
Merino sheep, one of the world's oldest and hardiest breeds, originated in North Africa and are famous the world over for their distinctive characteristics.

But what makes them so special?
Merino sheep have a remarkable ability to survive both icy climates and intense heat. Their natural coats enable them to withstand temperature variations of up to 40 degrees, a characteristic that also applies to humans. Herein lies the main advantage of merino wool: it feels cool in hot weather, and provides comforting warmth when temperatures drop.
High-quality merino wool is obtained from live sheep, and its renewable nature makes it an environmentally-friendly choice. Its quality is determined by the fineness of its fibers, finer fibers being softer to the touch and of better quality. super.natural favors merino wool with a fineness of 17 microns, classifying it in the "fine" category. By comparison, conventional wool generally measures between 30 and 50 microns.
