Technologies
Ultra dry down :
Sea to Summit has developed a feather treatment that :
- prevents it from absorbing moisture
- maintain its natural loft
- dry faster
- repel microbes and bacteria
- prolong the life of your sleeping bag. This hydrophobic polymer treatment keeps 60% more loft in wet conditions and absorbs 30% less moisture than a sleeping bag with an untreated loft.
Thermolite :
Sea to Summit is developing a new range of sleeping bags with a synthetic Thermolite filling. Thermolite retains a certain amount of loft thanks to air entrapment, while remaining compressible. Compared with a feather-filled bag, synthetic has the advantage of drying very quickly and can therefore be easily maintained, making it ideal for use in wet conditions.
Store wash pack:
All sleeping bags Sea to Summit sleeping bags come with 2 bags:
- A lightweight , durable Ultra Sil compression bag
- A storage bag to keep the down in optimal conditions, a quality bag that also provides smart, practical storage in stores and converts into a wash bag.
Matching bags
Sleeping bags Sea to Summit can be zipped together to sleep as a couple, provided you have 1 right and 1 left. They can be twinned between models, except for the Spark which cannot be mixed.
