Brand history Altra
Altra Running was founded with a unique vision for running shoes, enabling the company to make its mark over the last decade. Co-founders Brian Beckstead and Golden Harper began their adventure together at Orem High School in Utah. Their passion for running drove them to innovate, most notably when Harper used a toaster to modify his shoes to improve comfort.
